Latest work: Compass culinary concepts
We’ve been lucky enough to work on some fantastic briefs for Compass Group, the UK’s largest catering company. The great question at the heart of this brief was, “How do we make the lunchtime experience in our sites more exciting?”
To capitalise on the popularity of street food we worked with the innovation team and their great chefs to create a series of culinary concepts could be rolled out across all their sectors, from schools and hospitals, to businesses. Our strategy was to create an ‘out of office experience’ to turn a regular lunch hour into a moment of inspiration and connection, and transport people via food.
